The food was decent and offered a good variety for an all-inclusive stay. That said, some staff interactions could use some real improvement; the towel personnel were a bit rude, along with some restaurant staff (Sarape restaurant) and the tour and beer staff came across as unfriendly at times. On the bright side, the two young lifeguards and lady lifeguard thank you for helping my mother in law who suffered fainting you guys were exceptional and truly went above and beyond, overall for an all-inclusive package, I'd expect a friendlier vibe from the team to match the great location. Their bar/club was reserved for privates events for highschool students during the weekend, so we had no access to it. Overall, the facility is massive and had great swimming pool areas and beach was good but no chairs.
