"Property was very clean and fully remodeled from the looks of it. Room was very nice but the bathrrom situation was unique ( open bathtub area). Seemed like half of the staff was giving great service but the other half seemed unhappy to be working there. Had a situation were on our last night I was treating my kids to the cotten candy machine(cost extra). The machine took my 500peso bill and gave me a stick with no cotton candy on it. When reported to the front desk I was told they could not reimburse me cause they did not own that machine (this was not disclosed on the machine). Buffets were good overall but the reservation only restaurants were a disappointment when it came to the food, the restaurants themselfs were gorgeous."

"El lugar es muy lindo, limpio, familiar, los shows hermosos. El personal muy amable y atento. Una experiencia hermosa. Solamente mejoraría la comida de los buffet. El restaurante Los Lirios delicioso. Pero solamente pudimos hacer reservación una noche en ese restaurante. Todas las otras comidas las tuvimos que hacer en los buffets"

"The property was very nice and beautiful! The resort spans over a large area, so there is a LOT of walking! Yes, there is a shuttle that runs throughout the day but it is hit or miss as to whether or not you will actually catch it! The food was ok, not amazing, but we never had trouble finding things to eat. The entertainment is wonderful for the whole family. The pools are all great, not overly crowded. I would say the worst part of our stay was check in. Once we arrived, they took all of our luggage. Then, once checked in, we had to sit with someone and listen to their spiel, which was ultimately a time share pitch. We told him we were not interested, that after a long day of traveling, our daughter just really wanted to get to the pool. The man kept pushing for us to schedule a time to meet him the next morning during breakfast, but who wants to do that!? Once we finished with him, we had to continue to wait on someone to show us to our room. We kind of felt held hostage, as we had no idea where our luggage was. It took 90 minutes from the time we checked in to the time we finally got to our room, so needless to say, we were not in the best of moods on night one, as much time was wasted!"

"We booked a preferred club room with a oceanview and it was everything we imagined and more! Staff members were amazing, food was great, and the beach vibes were extremely off the charts. Cant wait to visit again soon! When they say “Welcome Home” upon arrival they mean it.. felt like home away from home! Thank you Secrets Maroma and co."
