Lovely hotel and lovely staff

First time in Cancun and it won’t be the last. I came here with my family from the UK so for 3 of us, the family room was the perfect size with two big comfortable beds, all the amenities plus the ability to request what we needed via the phone or app. The staff are amazing, from the initial arrival with checking in and taking our luggage to our room, to the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff and everyone else - all very friendly and approachable. This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The service is amazing.

At this hotel it's all about location - right by the sea in the north-east corner of the island: the best place to watch the sunset from.

Had a great stay at the Altitude Tower. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating, beach is fantastic (just need to get there early to claim your spot). Booked the Balinese beds at the Beach and Moskito beach bar, real bliss. Came here for my wife’s birthday and we probably had 5 cakes and celebrations organised by the team without us even asking!

Everything was perfect. The room very clean, a beautiful view from the room and the staff very profesional.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort could not fault it, food was amazing, beautiful location and staff always helpful especially Hugo! Our only concern was the shower it was exposed for everyone to see.

Well, where to start? Ok, so it was a cheap week away and I'd spent literally nothing on my stay there compared to what it really costs in the hotel zone. To be fair it doesn't have half of the facilities those branded ones do. But (and it's a big but). Everything is literally on your doorstep. Don't be scared of the area, it may look rough but the people are all friendly. I walked the whole of Cancun for 7 days and not once had any problems. This may just be the Mexican people IDK. It’s was great location and confortable

Good value no resort type frills option in the centre of the tourist area. Large TV with Netflix very nice to have as well as a safe in the room. Staff vey friendly. Daily housekeeping including Sunday. Generally a good value option for those not wanting to pay beach resort level of prices.

I give 4 stars because it was exactly and what I expected and wanted, a mid range hotel that is tucked out the way but within waking distance of everything. This included the 360 surf hire shack, one of the main activities I wanted to do during my 2 weeks in Cancun. The room was of a decent standard for the price with comfy king-size bed, wifi, security box, pool, and 24 hour hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. Only thing I would say was that it seemed to be more local...
