The place has been renovated completely with new everything. I found a taco place next door that is great, and there is a convenience store by the entrance too. They have a restaurant/bar that is barely used so you will probably have the place to yourself. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and is large. I would stay there again next time I go to the hotel zone.

Had to book as a one night stay after my flight was cancelled and my resort had no available rooms Of course it doesn’t compare to The Riu Palace I was at, but for a non beachfront resort it was clean and quiet and good food options next door if you don’t like the hotel restaurant options.

This is not a luxury hotel however for the Money this is a great place. The staff is amazing. The room is nice though there’s no phone in the room, but that doesn’t bother me because I use my cell phone while traveling. There are restaurants nearby that are great. They have an amazing pool on site. I selected the buffet breakfast which was nothing fancy, but it was everything I needed. I would definitely stay at this location again, conveniently located right across from the ferries that go over to Ilsa Mujeres and not too far into the hotel zone that you feel like you’re driving forever to get there highly recommend

The only real issue I had was the TV wouldn’t even work. We couldn’t watch anything when we were staying inside. The internet wouldn’t connect. So I definitely didn’t like that. Also, we had a mini fridge, and it absolutely didn’t work at all. Needs to be replaced. We were in 807a. Outside that, everything was good. It was really clean, the bar and the bartenders we met were super cool, the pool was clean and so nice! We would stay there again for sure. Hopefully by then, the TVs will be a nonissue, and the fridges if any others don’t work.

The rooms are in need of a reno and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The staff was fine. Particularly Natalie in the margaritas bar. She went out of her way to make us welcome.
