La pasión que tienen por su trabajo realmente se nota. No solo fueron atentos, respetuosos y divertidos, sino que hicieron que cada momento se sintiera lleno de vida y buena vibra. Yohanna y César transmiten muchísima energía y calidez, y Gustavo nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en cada interacción — de verdad mantienen el ambiente animado y positivo durante todo el día. El hotel en sí es hermoso, con instalaciones modernas y comida deliciosa, pero lo que más me marcó durante mi visita fue el personal. La experiencia que ellos crearon dejó una impresión duradera. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí."

"Amazing! We spent our honeymoon in this hotel and we absolutely loved it! Food was amazing, buffet was my favorite, my husband loved italian restaurant and mexican grill! The only thing, we got serenety club upgrade for this stay. Next time we want to do a room with walk-in pool. Butler servise and serenity club was nice but our stay wouldnt be bad in anyway without it. We loved everything and will be back for our anniversary!"
