"My mom and I came to celebrate her birthday, as soon as we arrived at the hotel , check in was quick, and we had to pay a small environmental fee of $14. The food was really really great, and so were the drinks. All of the staff are AMAZING, very attentive, and cater to everyone in a timeline manner. I definitely recommend. We also did the spa and we loved it ! If you are looking for a couples getaway this is the resort for you, as this is the crowd that I mostly noticed but if you are in your early 20’s and looking for a turn up this might not be the resort for you but overall, it was worth every penny. "

"The perfect resort for families. There were so many events and the kids club was fantastic! FYI, the rooms are outdated. They also constantly want to upsell you on things or get you to sign up for excursions. Just say no thank you go about your day! Bring one-dollar bills to tip the staff $1-2 throughout your stay. "
