Top Playa del Carmen Hotel Reviews

Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Need to clean the beach more, the seaweed is too much. Need better water pressure in the showers. Need better after dinner and pool entertainment. The booked restaurants need a lot of improvement. Other then that very good"

Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"The food was very good. The room and the property were clean. The only negative I noticed is the Silver rooms feel a little dated."

Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful Resort, Excellent Food & Service, Massive main pool, a quiet pool and third one that’s ocean front with a swim up bar. Steps from 5th Ave. The beach is pretty much gone now in Oct 2026 , but they are revitalizing it in a few months according to the staff."

Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly, engaging, and always willing to help. The food options were plentiful and quite good. This was our second time at this resort, and we will definitely be going back."
