Good location and buffet breakfast, staff were very friendly and cleaners were excellent. Only downside was that there was some mould growth in the shower cubicle, but otherwise our stay was pleasant.
The hotel was well located. Room service and room management was efficient and effective. Concierge staff and general hotel staff could do with using the occasional smile. Would stay at this location again. Excellent wifi
Service was excellent having an upgrade was a pleasant surprise Will definitely be using the hotel again on my next trip to London
Excellent value for a central london hotel, breakfast (decent) included, luggage room as we arrived very early, great surroundings (our triple room on 4th floor had park views, park being across the street); we mostly walked (20' to marble arch along or through hyde park) but bus is in front, subway ...
Close to tube stations, and just steps from Hyde Park. Very convenient. Nice looking building exterior, lobby and common areas were what one would expect for a hotel of this class. Hallways and rooms are showing their age, and the hallways and internal stairs could really use cleaning, they were ...
Location is excellent. The hotel decor is a bit dated but overall is good value. Breakfast was a welcome inclusion and was good with very helpful staff.
Great location. Rooms are small but this is common in Europe
Near the metro stations. Good. Quiet. Good. Will return again
Slept in broken sofa bed so not the best night sleep but ok apart from that
