Great location if using London City Airport and a good alternative to staying at the expensive hotels closer ti the Excel. "Lovely hotel and the staff were very polite and friendly. Bedroom was really nice.thebed was comfy and i liked that you could control the heating and lighting from the tv remote control. Fridge in room was very handy. The bathroom was ok, quite small. There was mould on the grout along the bottom of the window and the grouting in the shower could be doing with re grouting. The shower cubicle would be better if replaced if they cannot get the mould along the bottom sorted as it didn't look good....

"I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka).
