"Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. "We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). "Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."
