"Positives: great (GREAT) staff. Clean. Decent location if you’re not bothered about CENTRAL London with multiple forms of transport fairly close. Good access to Canary Wharf amenities. Negatives: rooms are small for two adults to share. Air con takes a wee while to cool the room down. The rooms facing the back of the building face a working industrial yard so some big vehicles with automated announcements can reverse etc quite early if you’re a light sleeper. Honestly lovely, lovely staff."

"This is a remarkable hotel. A huge floating yacht in a very unusual setting. Fast train to London ( minutes) it's great for the Excell centre. It's very cool sitting in the back of the yacht drinking champagne. It's not particularly cheap but it's worth for a special occasion. Rooms are well appointed. Note to management: please install usb ports in all rooms! Toilet door is as heavy as a bank vault."

"We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful quirky hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed in the Charlotte Brontë twin room, the beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The location is great, easy walking distance to Limehouse train station, it’s also on a very good bus route into the centre of London. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, with something for everyone. We had lots of plans for our trip so didn’t get chance to try the spa facilities, maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future."

"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"
