Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

Perfect for a short stay close to the airport. Convenient shuttle transfers worked perfectly with minimal wait time on arrival. Confusing instructions provided through hotels.com but clear on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was lovely and well serviced with takeaway coffee. Only stayed 1n stopover so did not leave hotel.

Convenient hotel for the airport, the shuttle bus runs every half hour and was on time, and it took under 10 minutes to get to Terminal 4. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

21 years since we last visited Moon Palace and we will not wait as long again. The resort, although large with the addition of the Grand is so efficient. The staff call you by name, from the bellboy, to the lobby and the waitstaff. The staff are what make this place special and they work super hard and always with a smile. I really liked the place. Neighborhood was not that nice though. Mostly factories nearby, but very near the airport.

food options limited but decent, bed comfort was good.

A wonderful hotel to stay at with extremely friendly staff who could not do enough for us. The hotel thought of everything, and there were so many little touches which made this such a special experience. The food was exceptional! Highly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel to stay in. Despite it being only open for one month, almost every single thing was perfect. Above all, was the staff - they were all so welcoming, always with a smile and greeting and did their utmost to ensure that you were enjoying the best stay, from the gardeners, housekeepers, bartenders, pool attendants and restaurant staff. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and hospitality!

Well..it wasn't like a holiday, more like being with family, thanks to Carlos, Roger, Chris & everyone there( not forgetting Marvin & Nina ( resident dogs) .i was made to feel welcome, the whole of my stay..including by luis ( taxi driver) muchas gracias amigos/ amigas. Staff excellent, food nice & good variety of offerings. Sun lounger situation could improve for non upgraded members.

All inclusive is amazing, the swimming pools are so good. The food is fine, but the good restaurant is open at night.
