"What a great hotel everybody was so friendly and it’s about a five minute walk to the beach. Jorge was great and made me feel very welcome. Helped me get a company to help wash the clothes. The breakfast was OK but the coffee downstairs was delicious."

"The hotel is well located but its very noisy, to dificult to rest as the sound outside is very loud and you can hear anything outside and onthe hotel inside your room. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast included is laughable, would be better to not include the breafast on the price, and charge it apart and offer something better and bigger portions, even the milk was not included and charged appart."

"The Fives hotel I’m sure used to be nice but it’s not being maintained well. For example, stains and scratches on all the furniture and flooring, peeling wall coverings. Not just in the room but throughout the hotel. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the 2nd fold out bed. It was ancient and sagging and no one could sleep on it. But it did make a nice place to lay out my suitcases. The room had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware or barware or anything. I went to the front desk to ask for two wine glasses and the said they could not provide them to me. I found out on the last night that for an extra $25 you could get plates and glasses and stuff. I had difficulty finding seating in the pool area and it was nearly impossible to get staff attention to help me out. Towels were left on the lounge chairs and no one kept track of whether the chairs were occupied or not. However, the location is great and the food and drinks were excellent. I had shrimp tacos and they among the best I ever had. I also had a cucumber margarita and it was really good. The buffet for breakfast was not appealing. I ordered avocado toast from the menu with a poached egg and again, very, very good. I would hang out there for happy hour but probably not stay there again. "

"Steps from beach is the main reason to stay here. Beach club breakfast and lunch was decent and not expensive. Room mega basic but clan. "
