"I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers."

"We had a great experience at Fiesta Americana Condesa. I proposed to my girlfriend and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Fabian and Margarita at the Concierge. They made the experience effortless and I cannot thank them enough. JJ and Oscar gave excellent pool and beach service and we were very satisfied with the experience. We had the premium room with a plunge pool. The plunge pool could have been cleaner, however I think the issue was things would fall in, not something they can really control.
