Not only is it in a gorgeous and accessible area of town, but the host, Craig, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. His knowledge of Edinburgh saved us from wandering around looking for the best eats, in fact right when we arrived he sat us down and wrote us a list and marked a map with his favourite spots. Pillars house was truly the most homey place so far from home. All three of us who stayed there would recommended it to anyone travelling to Edinburgh in a heartbeat!
