"Apartment was great for the most part (kitchen, bathroom, plenty of space, comfortable beds and bedding, functional internet/tv) and location in New Town was awesome. But I didn’t like that they didn’t tell me until after I made a nonrefundable booking that there was no elevator and that we’d have to hike to the 4th floor with our 18 month old, my 67 year old mother and all of our luggage, groceries. Also, the automatically closing doors to every room within the apartment were very annoying...

Will never be a fan of having to leave a key at the front desk, and since I had a bad knee at the time, it could be quite a maze to get to our room from the lift-but at least they had a lift! The rooms did overheat a bit and the fan didn't do much to coutneract it, particularly with the bedding, but we slept well and it was decently close to everything we needed."
