I extremely enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh because of the location the hotel is at. The staff was super helpful accommodating making sure our stay was as comfortable and as safe as we want it, everything from the hotel is walking distance from the locations that I need to go to the walk for no more than 15 minutes if not less Transportation at the hotel was amazing

Really nice updated rooms with a wonderful view of the castle, Scott monument and the university. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage and gave us ideas of things to do in the area until we were able to check in. Had a drink in the lounge area which was cozy and beautiful views as well.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Scotland. It was also the most expensive one. Although very expensive, it is located on Princes Street, and so was very convenient to catch the Tram to the airport.

Hotel employees were the best, and the food at the restaurant very good. The "buts" I have are that the room is too small, and the bathroom (great shower) small too. The key card at the lift doesn't work well and many times we got stuck, actully we have problems to open our door. .
