Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First of all, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were very poor quality — you sink into them and can barely move. Every morning we woke up with body aches. Secondly, we had an issue with the umbrellas. The hotel rents them out, so we took one but didn’t even use it — it stayed in our room the entire time. When we checked out, we returned it, but because more than 48 hours had passed, we were charged £18 per umbrella. This is completely unreasonable, especially considering the umbrellas are worth no more than £5 each. This felt very unfair and honestly like being overcharged for no good reason."
