Clean and quiet hotel, great location, easy walking distance to the city center, shopping, restaurants, Waverley Station, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Playhouse. Loved that we had a washer/dryer and small kitchen for quick breakfasts before starting our day and a snack at the end. Kind and helpful front desk, we really enjoyed our stay!

So glad I booked this place for my first 2 nights after a long flight from L.A. Would have stayed another night if they had not been full. Modern, convenient, helpful staff, with a fully staffed front desk. The street outside my window was a bit sketchy with weird bars and grafitti, but as a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe and comfortable in my nice little apartment.

This hotel has a good location in a nice neighborhood and relatively close to all attractions (about 20 minutes). The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. I’d recommend this hotel and would come back again!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Besides the coffee tea etc. there was even detergent for using the washing machine. It was also located close to transport systems. We enjoyed our stay.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! It had easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants, with the station only a seven-minute walk away. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well set up. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Location was great to see all the attractions in Edinburgh on a very quiet street. The kitchen and washing machine were very convenient. The only negative was the springs in the mattress could be felt. The hotel was able to switch/ flip the mattress.

A very clean hotel. Rooms were fantastic with the small kitchen and washing machine. Location was excellent as well both from the train station and from the main tourist spots. It is tucked away on a side street, which is quieter and around the corner from a grocery store, take away restaurant and coffee shops. Loved our stay there!

While the place is well located and the staff are lovely, this is really a 3 star hotel. It was clean, but some aspects of the room were not “4-star” quality (scuff marks on wall, quality of the bed and sheets, etc). As other reviews have mentioned, you can feel the coils in the mattresses which can be uncomfortable. Having a kitchen + washer/dryer was very helpful for us and a big reason we booked here. Coming from a “true” 4 star aparthotel in London, this property was a little disappointing. Customer service is great though, front desk staff are very kind and helpful.

The apartment was very nice, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a kitchen with a table (great for card games), frig, washing machine, and a living area with a sofa. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for both couples. The location felt safe and I particularly loved the 24/7 attended front desk. Staff was very kind & helpful. They safely stored our luggage at check-out so we could sightsee without dragging our suitcases, which was very helpful. We Ubered to a restaurant because the ones we walked to required reservations, which we hadn't made. We paid close to $600 for 1 night, which is expensive for us, but the stay was wonderful and the elevator was nice too!!

The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!
