Every aspect is absolutely immaculate, the fragrance in the lobby is divine and the rooms are beautifully clean with lovely crisp sheets. The staff set this hotel apart and the customer service is second to none. A wonderful team.

"All of the staff were all very friendly. Our evening meal and

were really nice. Only complaints would be that the bedroom was very cold, even with the heating on. The windows need updating, and also as we were leaving by the exterior stairs at reception near the overflow car park the top tread completely came away. One final point in the leisure facilities, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the plunge pool was freezing cold."

"Was in a good location right opposite the train station. We were there for sam fender event. It was clean and somewhere to lay your head. Check in went quickly despite the lengthy queue. The furniture was dated and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable so i didnt sleep well the room was like a furnace , luckily there was a fan which did cool the room abit. Lovely staff on duty for
