The staff were great and the hotel was well positioned for the city centre, although a little walk to the cathedral and dock. I think it could have been signposted a bit better as the ridiculous one way system in the city centre doesn't make it easy to get to it in a car.

Modern, clean hotel with spacious room, en suite and queen bed, under 5 min walk from the main airport building. We had an early flight, so perfect. However, it was not clear, until checkout, that on-site parking attracted an additional charge. As we had already booked 10 days parking in the adjoining multi-story, we would have parked there, rather than at the hotel. Shame

This is a really beautiful hotel. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was very accommodating, as initially had a room with a shower, but was quickly moved the one with the bath. It’s a brilliant location just by the harbour and there’s loads of restaurants nearby within a couple of minutes walk. It’s our second stay here and definitely will be back.
