Hotel was very nice staff very helpful was very well placed only down side was all the pubs shut due to lockdown so couldn’t take full advantage of hotel location

Very well situated in the heart of the city, a short walk from the major attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Obviously some utilities unavailable due to Covid-19.

Beautiful stay, stayed in the corner suite for my boyfriends birthday, beautiful room, beautiful hotel, lovely/friendly staff. One negative is it can be quite noisy and so close to the city but apart from that faultless.

Great location with many bars and restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable! check in was efficient and staff helpful. Honesty bar open 24/7 too. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bristol.
