"We had a terrible stay at the Poachers Inn, the rooms are at the back of the inn and up some stairs, so there is no direct access to the inside of the inn, Once given your room key there is no customer service and no contact with any staff on leaving, the room key is left in the door on checkout. "The spa was needs a complete revamp The steam room had tiles missing on the seating area , the swimming pool areas were tired and were not cleaned properly The restaurant for breakfast : the tables were not cleared after each course and the dirty plates just piled up on the table When we entered the bedroom there was an empty beer glass under the bedside cabinet it was still there when we checked out The stay was ok but in my opinion fell well short of a 5 star hotel"
