Beautiful hotel, great location. There are amazing views. Staff is very kind. They have ice and water refill stations. Good food options in the hotel though a bit higher priced but not anything abnormal for hotels.

The Aventura hotel was fine – attentive staff, clean room. The Expedia experience was less-than-wonderful. Difficult to change dates. When finally able to change dates, Expedia double booked the hotel – when we arrived we discovered two rooms were booked. The hotel couldn’t remedy this, only Expedia… ...

Easy parking but get there earlier in the day to avoid having to park on the street. Although street parking is pretty easy to find. Lots of places to walk to nearby so you don’t even have to drive if you don’t want to. Room was clean and beautiful!
