Just stayed this past weekend and couldn’t be more pleased! The rooms were clean and renovated. The location is excellent. Five minute walk to the train station, tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Will be staying here again next time we visit Chicago!

Beautiful hotel, great location. There are amazing views. Staff is very kind. They have ice and water refill stations. Good food options in the hotel though a bit higher priced but not anything abnormal for hotels.

Parking was easy, secure, and no extra charge. I was surprised with their gym. It had everything we needed for a good full workout.

Great value hotel in a very nice part of San Francisco. The biggest highlights are the location near the Golden Gate Bridge, the Cow Hollow neighborhood, and the easy included parking, which is a major plus in SF. The front desk man Tyler is excellent, accommodating and Professional. Made the stay all that much more Wonderful! Had some problems with Orbitz but nothing this business Man couldn’t assist me with, Beautiful accommodations!!! Thanks Samesun

Easy parking but get there earlier in the day to avoid having to park on the street. Although street parking is pretty easy to find. Lots of places to walk to nearby so you don’t even have to drive if you don’t want to. Room was clean and beautiful!
