No breakfast included if you book with Expedia. Rats in the parking lot. No control for air/heat in the room. You have to pay $50 to use their parking lot. None of this mentioned on Expedia for parking or breakfast. Reimburse me.

Beautiful hotel, great location. There are amazing views. Staff is very kind. They have ice and water refill stations. Good food options in the hotel though a bit higher priced but not anything abnormal for hotels.

On-site free parking was a huge plus (major reason we tried the hotel). Remodeled rooms were also very nice.

The checking process was long. There were only 2 agents attempting to process a long line of guests at a prime hour. Very poor planning. The self check in kiosks were of limited use as you must physically have the card used to pay for the reservation. It took in excess of 90 mins to check in.

The front desk man Tyler is excellent, accommodating and Professional. Made the stay all that much more Wonderful! Had some problems with Orbitz but nothing this business Man couldn’t assist me with, Beautiful accommodations!!! Thanks Samesun

Rooms are a bit run down, location is great for being so close to Cardiff bay. Staff are lovely and friendly and the bar is cosy. Breakfast was decent.

Easy parking but get there earlier in the day to avoid having to park on the street. Although street parking is pretty easy to find. Lots of places to walk to nearby so you don’t even have to drive if you don’t want to. Room was clean and beautiful!
