"When you enter the hotel it seems so fancy and high end! The room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed! It was great there is a Starbucks in the lobby! The hotel is clean and new. It is convenient to the metro and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"I'm glad that the hotel is so clean. There are no convenience stores around the hotel, so it's better to finish shopping early. There were no shops in the hotel either. I'm Japanese, so I'm not good at English, but the staff was kind to me."

"The location was very convenient and historical. The only thing is we heard screaming all night long because it’s off of a Main Street. Actually at about three in the morning some person ran by and said I’m screaming and they were."

"Really nice hotel close to Cardiff bay with free parking. Place is clean and tidy and staff are good. Only complaint was the temperature of the room. A/c claimed to be working, but I'm not convinced it cooled it to the 19 degrees it was promising. Had to remove the 10.5 tog duvet from the cover and ..."
