"Fantastic hotel in city centre "
Cannot praise the staff enough. Nothing was to much trouble and all staff welcomed people in every part of the hotel, and they were ready to chat if you wanted them to. Didn't feel like a chain but a well run family hotel.

"Lovely relaxing stay"
Couldn't have wished for a better experience, a comfy bed in a room with everything we needed. Great room service, beautiful food in the restaurant and a fantastic Spa facility. Lovely to go for a relaxing swim, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great way to spend an weekend! We finished ours off with a full body massage. Didn't want to leave and will definitely return!

"Close to M4 and near Bristol"
Quite comfortable & quiet for being a Holiday-Inn Located near busy motorways M32 & M4 and yet pretty silent (our room was almost next to M32). Plenty of space and beds & pillows were comfortable. Swimming pool & sauna were appreciated -- sauna bathroom was however very filthy.

"Weird mix of décor. Poor breakfast"
Room Ok but a bit pricey. Pool ok, but had to share with ante natal class. Had to set time an menu for breakfast when I checked in. the next morning it had obviously been cooked well before the set time, to tie in with the other 2 guests in the hotel - Poor

"Lovely weekend away :) "
The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy with good facilities. Spa was also lovely however extremely busy so had to wait around to use the hot tub etc as groups were sitting in it for hours at a time with no regard for other people, pool was full of children splashing and screaming so not pleasant to swim either. Would definitely go during the week next time to avoid this!
