I’ve been here twice now the first time the bed was lovely and comfortable this time the bed was hard very hard but minus that it’s a lovely hotel very pleasing to the eye and friendly staff 😊

Very nice place. Rooms are well appointed, neat and clean. Staff were friendly, if a little distracted (possibly due to the number of guests). Drink prices were aligned with London (read: expensive).

Pleasant staff. All clean and fresh. some Rooms a bit small and I didn't experience the promised 'room with a view ' unless a car park or hotels noisy vent system counts as a view!

We needed somewhere to stay over night before flying out of Bristol and this place was ideal. Easy to find and only a few minutes from the airport. Delightful older building but very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
