"Good Hotel "
Doesn't look great from the outside but modern and well finished on the inside. Checkin did take a bit longer than necessary. The rooms are very good with everything you could need. I particularly liked the usb power outlets next to the bed for charging my phone. Breakfast was good and decently priced. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

"Great hotel and great location"
Great hotel and facilities in a brilliant location especially for heading to the main shopping area. We made use of the swimming pool and sauna which was good too. Tasty breakfast. Definitely recommend for a city visit.

"Nice place to stay in Bristol"
Central, standard quality hotel. Good position and there's an underground car park at £16 a day, which is handy. Just roll up and check in. No complaints apart from the bizarre shortage of showers in the mens' changing rooms in the spa. There's only 2 and they have locking doors. So two fellas go in, lock the doors and the rest of us (about 7) just stand around wondering where the other showers are and how we're going to wash the chlorine off.

"Great hotel with brilliant facilities."
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was great and we used the gym, pool and relaxation room. Bardolino's restaurant was lovely - the food was delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. Our breakfast was also very good. The whole experience was excellent, and we would recommend it to anyone.
