Exactly what you would expect. Had a meal in the bar that was good, once we got served. The room was ok, but room service had, I presume, forgot to restock bathroom and drinks tray... milk etc. and hair dryer hidden away. Minor points really but still has an affect on relaxation.
We arrived several hours early and were happily told this was no problem, checked in quickly by excellent reception staff. Hotel old but very clean and new TVs were being installed during our stay. We were at a wedding. It was wonderful. Food lovely and enviroment was great. Shame courtyard didnt have better decor ie flowers and well maintained lawns for photos.
Room Ok but a bit pricey. Pool ok, but had to share with ante natal class. Had to set time an menu for breakfast when I checked in. the next morning it had obviously been cooked well before the set time, to tie in with the other 2 guests in the hotel - Poor
Mostly excellent experience. Modern hotel which is kept clean and very comfortable. Used the lovely pool with kids and my daughter joined a fitness class which she enjoyed. Only slight, and it is very slight, was the price of food beverages in restaurant.
