"One night stay in Bristol"
We were on our way to Land's end and decided to stop at Bristol for one night. We have been travelling for about 1 week and we wanted a place with kitchen so we can have "home cook" food for dinner. Also the washer/dryer allows us to wash our clothing. I gave Hotel Staff a grading of 1 because there is no hotel staff. Everything is self served, including getting the keys.

"A lovely place to stay"
We spent one night at the Bristol Marriot Royal and I cannot fault it. I had a couple of conversations with staff prior to arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Everyone staff member we met was helpful and friendly. The pool and facilities were grea.t. We didn't have a meal other than breakfast but that was excellent. I would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone looking for a central Bristol stay.

"One night stay"
We arrived around 9pm - it was a little difficult to find the correct entrance to park as the hotel directional sign was small and unlit, otherwise the staff reception was quick and pleasant, the room ideal for our purposes, quiet (despite being a stones throw from the lorry park, motorway and services), clean and comfortable.

"Could be better"
Stayed here many times over last 15 years. Great location. Great staff. However, duvet and pillow cases poor quality so not a great sleep. Breakfast this time also poor. Watery, tasteless poached egg and soggy toast! All above easily rectified with a little more attention to detail. Shame!
