Check in efficient. Rooms suite size and comfortable. Slightl small shower room although shower itself was large. Excellent value. Breakfast satisfactory. Had dinner there and it was excellent.
It was good but the handicap accessible bathroom wasn't what we were looking for - no bathtub. The bed was good quality but somehow not the most comfortable. Everything else was great.
Hotel staff friendly and welcoming Room was cold but resolved Old and tired but ticks the box Food in the evening in particular 2 Pizzas ( very poor quality)
Pleasant staff, reception staff very helpful. Quite had a good nights sleep. Breakfast had everything covered all tastes. I would stay here again.
Well situated for the last of three operas performed at Colston Hall. As usual, welcoming staff, all mod cons. Great breakfast. Instructions for gaining entry after the main doors are locked at night could be clearer - replacing 'swipe' with 'insert' in the instructions would prevent puzzled shut-out ...
This was a lovely surprise as the price was excellent for a centrally situated hotel The huge lounge, reception and room all very spacious Excellent check in Staff all polite and helpful Very clean I cannot fault this hotel and will return here again I did not eat here so cannot make comment
One of the most visited cities in England, Bristol has a fantastic range of family-friendly hotels, from luxury four star venues to value-for-money guesthouses. The city also has a superb variety of family-themed attractions, from fascinating art galleries to picturesque public parks and historic monuments.
Enjoy decent sized, well-appointed rooms, whichever family-friendly hotel you choose in the city. Many accommodation establishments also provide in-room tea and coffee-making facilities and are happy to arrange extra bedding or cots. You may also be able to choose adjoining rooms so you can easily keep an eye on the children but still enjoy the privacy of your own room.
One of the most popular family attractions in the city is the Bristol Zoo Gardens, where you can see hundreds of species from all around the world. This site also has a brilliant Splash park with a water-play area, the ZooRopia aerial ropes course, and regular talks, shows, and opportunities to feed the animals.
Spend some time at the At-Bristol science attraction, which was founded in the year 2000 and has a large planetarium. It's ideal for people of all ages, with various themed exhibits such as the Real Brain exhibition where you can observe a real human brain, the Flight Zone for those interested in how people design flying objects, and the Jet Set Go exhibit that is aimed at children under the age of seven.
If you're seeking luxury accommodation right at the heart of the city, consider the elegant Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, or the self-catering themed Premier Suites Plus Bristol Cabot. The city also has many affordable hotels such as the Days Inn Bristol M5, conveniently located close to the motorway, and the stylish Washington, which offers easy access to the zoo, the University of Bristol, and the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
To ensure you a relaxing, stress-free stay, many family friendly hotels in Bristol also have left luggage facilities, flexible check-in or check-out times and safety deposit boxes, and some also offer babysitting services.
