generally very good food excellent very quite and reasonable prices but fire safety needs looking and lack of emergency lighting
HI, I stayed 1 night at Grasmere. The room was old and the door was hard to lock and unlock. The furniture was in ok condition but was dusty. The bed was very comfortable and the carpet was decent. I'm not sure I will visit again.. although the staff were really friendly and pleasant.
On arrival I thought the hotel looked from outside cheap and not particularly nice. The reception had a totally different feel to it and staff were lovely. The parking garage charges £6.50 but is secure and great. I didnt have the breakfast as they charged £9.50 if you booked early or £12.50 if you ...
Staff were superb. Very accommodating. Had special breakfast request which they remembered and had ready for us on the second day without us asking.
It was good but the handicap accessible bathroom wasn't what we were looking for - no bathtub. The bed was good quality but somehow not the most comfortable. Everything else was great.
