The roof terrace is an amazing place to spend a warm evening. Room was spacious , clean and had air conditioning. Only downside, despite being on 7th floor, I could hear the traffic and nosies outside

Bed was too firm but the room itself was very clean and inviting. Fault with the TV meant I could watch it for about an hour and a half and when I called reception to report it, no answer. Also there was no clear indication of where the EV charge points were until after I had parked in the nearby NCP and enquired upon checking in. The staff and food were good

the staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Room was lovely, clean and had great facilities (it just took us a minute to work out the heater/air con) and the bar had a good selection of drinks. We would stay here again as it was a great location too.
