I was really pleased to get this hotel, not only to find it so close to the airport but also because of the friendly staff, clean and well appointed bedroom and bathroom and the delicious fresh buffet breakfast which was inclusive in the price). Perfect location if you have an early flight out of Bristol. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant left much to be desired...not great choices and food was average. The lobby and restaurant area felt institutional but the hotel had most of what you need for a short stay.

Fantastic to be just across the road from the terminal, which allowed us to drop bags, return the hire car on the evening of arrival and sleep a little later for an early flight. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Dinner was average but totally adequate. Our shower was a bit blocked but overall a great place to stay the night before an early flight.
