"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Although a little dated, this was an amazing stay. Trip was to attend BP Pulse Live. Our party are a little slow at walking, but we were in easy walking distance of the venue. Parking was good. The EV charging was 7kwh, but as an overnight charge, it did the job. We ate breakfast both days. A little expensive, but good quality and quantity. Ate at the in-house restaurant one night. Food was very good. Hotel isn’t the most modern, but everywhere was very clean and tidy. Will happily stay here...

"There was nothing I disliked about the property but the surrounding area is a bit grubby and run down. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained as a whole but I had a few issues with the room which hopefully will be resolved when brought to the attention of the hotel "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "
