Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. Easy walk to V&A and Natural History museums. The bathrooms both had surprisingly deep soaking bathtubs which were lovely. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out. The front desk called ten minutes prior to check out to confirm our check out and to inform us repairmen would need access soon. Before we could vacate the property, they were at the door and and walked right in. How rude!! Would another 10 minutes to make sure we had vacated the space really have made a difference to the work schedule?
