"There is no designated car parking, although there is a Council based car park behind the hotel, with a fee payable to the relevant authority. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of tasty morsels supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bearded guy on the evening shift, he seemed to be check in, come chef, come waiter role, top marks to him. The room was clean and stocked with tea/coffee, hot chocolate would have been nice too if supplied. A toilet brush in the bathroom would have been useful."

"We arrived frazzled to a very friendly welcome. Between the beginning and end of check in, they managed to convert my sour mood into a positive one. The place was clean, well maintained and comfortable with every convenience we could need for our stay. The toiletries supplied in the bathroom were dove, which was kind on my sensitive skin. The room was cleaned during our stay as well and we were entirely satisfied with the results. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and I slept the best I had all week. We booked to include breakfast, and the food was satisfying and fuelled our travels well. The bar had a good range of drinks and cocktails, and whilst we had other plans in the evenings, it sounded like they had entertainment on that looked to be good fun! 10/10 would stay again"

"All staff were so friendly and helpful from check-in to staff in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble despite the hotel being full. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had two peaceful nights stay here and would definitely recommend and stay again if we had the need."

"The Airport was closer to the reception than our room was. If you don't like heights, beware you get out of the lift & you can see straight down to reception & you have to walk along a fairly narrow part with glass on both sides, again looking down until you get into the part of the building with the rooms. Food is typical for around an airport average at best & overpriced. Next time, to hell with it, I will leave home at 03.00, at least I will get a decent meal the night before."

"Clean hotel, great staff and good location. Shuttle bus runs every half an hour but there is a charge here - something you aren’t told when booking or when calling to enquire. There’s no EV charging points either and it is extremely noisy. We were staying at the front near the shuttle drop and you could hear every time it’s came and went. Patrons are also very noisy, we were frequently woken by people coming and going, not just a bit of noise, lots of shouting and laughing. Walls are also super thin, we could hear people next door and above us."

"Lovely but needs some T LC. Nice pool .Would stay again as local to family. Pleasant staff. Room ok but could do a little better Seemed short staffed in some areas i.e. housekeeping and brasserie/kitchen. Staff responded to and resolved most issues with room and food that were below par! Issues that should not really have been present in the first place for any estabishment. Not wishing to be unfair but note should be taken by senior staff to improve when guests kindly advise manager of misgivings and problems with rooms etc. Not the fault of staff if they are untrained or short staffed and stretched. Stains on furniture in room. Cleaning missed one day. Brasserie has no windows. Not as nice in the brasserie as the photos suggest with high ceilings and 1970's offfice style polystyrene tiles some of which were missing. Shame is does not look out to grounds especially on a summer evening. Nice staff but not all had the professionalism expected The grandeur has slipped. One manager has tinted glasses.and no head for business. Opportunity missed of future business by this manager. I am sure if I had spoken to the gentleman on duty, the night before, the response to the suggestion of future work/events/bookings would have been more positive than "it's on the general website" at request for contact name and info. Reception 1st answer to concerns was to request I send in a email! I was infront of them! Ladies changing room is down winding stairs. Lovely pool,"
