The staff were excellent couldn't do enough, the room although slightly smaller than we are used to was clean.
Location to downtown and activities we had come to see and experience in Birmingham.
Lovely hotel, bar & grill, gym and pool, good location
Really polite and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay, the room was nice and had everything you could need including a large flat screen TV, slight negatives was that parts of the room evedently hadn’t been cleaned such as window ledges as there were drink rings all over, however this wasn’t a huge issue ...
Superb breakfast and location, the room was looking a bit tired and needed an upgrade.
Helpful staff... Always friendly.. The problem with the television was sorted within 30 minutes... Very efficient.
Price and very friendly helpful staff clean and very close to motorways
Great location and really friendly staff. A nice addition was the terrace outside also. Would recommend and book again
Staff service was excellent. Amenities great lovely hotel. Good variety of meal venues within the hotel. Caters for everyone. Will definitely use again.
