"We had such a lovely stay. The property was very clean and tidy and I have OCD so I am fussy! It had everything that was needed for our stay such as utensils, pots and pans etc. The rooms are much bigger than the photos make you believe so were delighted when we arrived. The heating was on from 7am ..."

"We liked the parking which was right in front of the hotel. Our room was small, adequate and clean. The breakfast was excellent, all freshly cooked and good quality. 3 night family break
"Great value guesthouse, fantastic location for Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. Great traditional breakfast. Owner Geoff is very friendly and helpful. Family room was clean, decent shower, overall just what I wanted for a short break in Blackpool with my son."
"We were a group of soul music fans on a get together to take in the northern soul weekend at the tower ballroom. We have stayed at the " fairway" a few times before, it is clean, tidy, easy accessable and you always feel welcome, we will be booking again next year. Those needing a "secure car park" ..."
"We liked the parking which was right in front of the hotel. Our room was small, adequate and clean. The breakfast was excellent, all freshly cooked and good quality. We didn't have any other meals but that was our choice. The staff were very friendly. We used the tram for most of the time we were there. We stayed 2 nights and it was a really pleasant hotel. Highly recommend. "
"This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are somewhat dated and the plumbing needs attention as the toilet did not flush that well and the ladies powder room was the same. Dispite that its a beautiful building with alot of personality. Great welcoming public areas. The staff are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Think Ryanair, not British Airways (although this is also reflected in the price). Rooms are quite dated and décor is pretty worn, however the towels and bedding were clean (could definitely do with and extra pillow or two) and the shower worked well. Car park charge is £3 a night but plenty of parking was available and no limit on the cars per room. Very nice chap on Reception with a warm welcome that you don't always get with much more expensive hotels. Good value overall. "
