Was expecting an ensuite room but 2 of there rooms are not ensuite this should be made known at time of booking

Hotel is close to all amenities in Blackpool. Also close to railroad station.

The hotel is located in a good central area, and nearer to the north pier but is closely located to shops, and the beach. It is also closely located to a small parking area which means your not leaving your car very far away. The hotel owner Pat was very warm and welcoming and makes you feel very much at home. Nothing at all is ever too much trouble for him and he is a lovely man who really does take pride into customer care and service. The room was small but comfy and cozy, as the heating was left on which we found useful! especially since we'd go out all day and come back freezing! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone as it is perfect for families, young couples, and is siutable for everyone's requirements! it is a lovely small hotel with a lovely and caring owner!

I stayed for two nights with my two daughters who competed at ISTD Ballroom & Latin National Finals. The hotel was nice and clean, the owners welcoming. The family room was a good size, with one double bed and a bunk bed for two. The bathroom was rather small, but clean and functional (given that we all were size 8 and under, we did not experience too much inconvenience.). The room and the hotel were genuinely smoke-free (many of my friends who stayed in other local hotels, had a different experience). The location was great for us - 15 min walk from Blackpool North, 10 min walk from Winter Gardens and 8 min walk from the Cafe Nero (I need a proper coffee in the morning); but it is also 5 min walk from the Pleasure Beach and literally next to the central parking in Blackpool (we did not come by car so it did not matter).

Would stay again , very clean & comfortable. Owners really friendly and helpful! Good choice on breakfast menu !

The owner was very welcoming. The room was immaculate.The breakfast was excellent.The accommodation was a welcome retreat after spending a busy day out in Blackpool.
