"We recently stayed at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool for two nights from Friday 3 July, and overall, we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt very well organised. One of the first things that impressed us was how quick and efficient the check-in process was. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at around 11:30am. This made a big difference to the start of our stay, as it allowed us to settle in, drop off our belongings, and begin enjoying our time in Blackpool without having to wait around. The staff were welcoming, professional and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented. It was clear that good standards of housekeeping had been maintained, which is always one of the most important parts of any hotel stay. The room felt comfortable and suitable for a short break, with everything we needed available. It was nice to come back to a clean and relaxing space after spending time out and about in Blackpool. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast was superb, with a good choice available and everything we had was enjoyable. It was well organised and set us up nicely for the day ahead. A good breakfast can really improve a hotel stay, and in this case it definitely added to the overall positive experience. The location of The Big Blue Hotel is also excellent."
