"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!!
