I booked a room with bunk beds especially for my granddaughter as she is dying to sleep in a top bunk but we were given a family room with 2 single beds.. the bin had not been emptied it was full of the previous occupants crisp packets and rubbish despite being in a pandemic! We booked this hotel because it had a pool but we couldn’t get a slot in the pool until 9pm which is no good for a 4 year old! On the plus side breakfast was lovely !

Picked this hotel because it Said free parking online and good reviews also that it if a pool and sauna , the pool couldn’t be used due to covid (not mentioned on web site ) we had to pay £5 to park the car in the hotel car park !!!! The first room we got the keys for smelt like something had died in it when we opened the room door , the room was changed and the second room we got was on top floor with no heating , I have to say the girl at reception was lovely , she got us a electric heater for the room (as the radiator didn’t work and was leaking water, But the electric heater made noise like tapping sounds and kept me awake all night , the wardrobe in the room and the desk and chair were all that can be described as ( ready for the Bon fire )
