"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases
Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. Fortunately we didnt leave anything of value in the...

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Great hotel at the home of football. First class service and first class food. Check in and out was well above the standard expected. Its so nice to be welcomed by a smiling face. As for the food, a small evening menu of choice, but well worth it and a credit to the staff who prepared it. I have finally found somewhere that can cook bacon the correct way for breakfast.(been travelling since 1984). The layout and presentation of the breakfast items, sets the standards for other hotels to follow....

I had an excellent stay. When i arrived, the TV in my room was broken but i rang reception, a maintenance man came to see it and replaced it immediately.
The breakfast was very nice. The Pizza they served on the 24/7 menu was like an authentic Italian Pizza so that's good.
Thank you for having me and i shall definitely stay again next time i stay in Blackpool.

The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss!
The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Travelled with my daughter, room was clean and very comfortable. Parking is available just across the road which is payable during the day but is suspended of an evening. Breakfast was delicious

Second visit to Thurnham Hall and it was not a let down. The greeting when you arrive is second to none. The hall itself is beautiful and the studio room was perfect for the two of us. If you are looking for a busy adventurous holiday this is probably not the hotel for you but it is well located for exploring Lancaster and Cumbria. We enjoyed the quiet rural surroundings and it was very nice to retire to an extremely well kitted out room. It had a huge bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen if...

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x

We arrived, and I was wary because when I booked,it was quite cheap!
However, on arrival, we were rather early so we could only register, not book in. The young man Dawid was extremely polite. we were shocked at first, as I hadn't noticed in the reservation description, that a £50 deposit per room was taken, and was returned as we checked out, an older gentleman who was in attendance at the time said just take for one room, we obviously looked honest, and perhaps were older than the normal...

The Vincent was perfect for our short out of season break in Southport. Good location in the centre of town & a beautifully appointed hotel with smart modern fixtures & fittings in our room & throughout. We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour. The restaurant setting was excellent, there was a good selection of choices on the menu & the food was mouthwateringly good. The only minor quibble we had was we had to get the room key card re-zapped 3 times in 2...
