"Landlady very welcoming and friendly, location was good for everything just a shame about the pouring rain which makes everywhere seem not as close. Room a little on the small side but clean ok if your not spending any length of time in there. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on the food. ..."

"Clean hotel though left sign on door to be cleaned in morning it wasn't very few presence of staff apart from breakfast which was excellent,,had noisy neighbours next door they had t.v on until 3am we did vent our frustration to no avail no staff to complain to just a phone number on which we decided ..."

"the hotel staff and service was excellent , we can accept that its an old building but could do with a good re-decorate the only downside was that the mattress on our bed was not comfy at all. The breakfast was also excellent and we would probably stay again."

"Room was upgraded foc, unfortunately pool was out of use which was a shame as this is why we booked this particular hotel for our trip. £7 for parking seems a bit cheeky considering we are paying customers. "

"Liked the old building it was lovely room was refurbished and warm only down fall was we had a room without a window there was a skylight but it didn’t open we were only on an overnight stay or I would have asked for another room with window room and bedding spotless staff brilliant food pretty good furniture was dated but functional I would stay here again the price was very good "

The Imperial Hotel

"What id call a “hotel for grown ups”. There’s an air of refinement and calm around the place. The rooms are very clean, functional and appropriate for the price. There’s some noise of a weekend evening between 7-10pm from the functions downstairs but it finishes by then and is very quiet for Blackpool.
The breakfast buffet is well managed with an excellent selection available.
The location is 10 mins from Blackpool North Railway station and far away from the Blackpool madness to enjoy some peace but close enough if you want to go into the town itself. Not a place for top knots or strippers but a great place for individuals, families, functions and folk with purpose."
