This hotel was really lovely, open, spacious and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the gym and pool facilities were great. There was plenty of parking and it’s a short walk to the NEC.

It was my first time staying at the Arden Hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, and it was as I expected. I enjoyed my stay, the staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming. My room was very clean with a comfy bed. I slept well. I ate in both the restaurant and bar, and you certainly get your monies worth. Great food and good location for the NEC. I highly recommend the hotel, and I look forward to staying at The Arden again in 2027

Good size room (King), very good breakfast choice. One improvement I would wish for is a full coffee machine in reception because you have to wait for breakfast which is 7am on a weekend. I am happy for a payable machine not asking for free but I had to wait 1 hour
