Great location, easy parking reasonably priced, rooms were cosy, beds comfortable, breakfast was great& good selection only flaw is there was no where to put your plate when trying to serve breakfast as the lids do not stay up so you need 3 hands but overall lovely hotel& would stay again

We had a really great stay here. Very warm welcome from the lovely front desk team, and the apartment itself was exactly what we needed. The beds were really comfortable and we had every we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend them.

We spent a lovely couple of nights at StayCity. Great location in the Jewellery Quarter and surprisingly close and easy into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet with everything you need. We will stay here again.

This property has been one of the best I have ever stayed in, the staff are all very helpful and go above and beyond especially Mavis and Celia who attended when I stayed there, the breakfast buffet was amazing and they offer a 24 hour service. Rooms are spotless, they offer a range of cold, hot, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as snacks and a few others food items

Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!

Lovely modern spotless clean apartment style rooms with fully equipped mini kitchen, convenient car parking facility with good availability on the day we arrived. Great location for Urilita visits, attentive friendly staff who surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.
