Property very well located next to Brindley place - amazing proximity to some really nice bars. Although we had minimal interaction with staff (self checkout due to covid!) the staff we did meet were very friendly. We shared a family room which had two very comfortable double beds, tea and coffee making facilities and free toiletries. Although the room appeared clean on the surface if you looked too close you could see signs of age. We noticed bleach marks on the curtains, a stain on the lampshade and mould in the bathroom. I think a more thorough deep clean would probably be needed especially during covid. In saying that I’d be more than happy to give them another chance as the location, the price we paid and the facilities made up for it.

Reception staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Had no issues, clean room, decent views and good location. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great but the hotel needs a refresh. Parking is very expensive for what it is - if its raining get your wellies on as the car park does flood! Ask to be as far from the lifts as possible if you are a light sleeper as they are loud. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, our TV wasn't working, it was replaced straight away.
