No heating in the room, radiator not working, bathroom floor very cold. No way of switching off the bathroom fan. Some of the car park in very poor condition. Initially very difficult to find light switches, they were behind the pillows on the bed. Old TV with limited programs. Lots of hot water in the morning

I was greeted very nicely, had a bright, warm room with a very clean bathroom, free parking and a great restaurant recommendation. I genuinely don't understand why some people have to post scathing reviews, when a quiet word will resolve most issues. This was a perfect hotel for a short business trip and I'd certainly re-book.
