Visiting the area for a convention and had a great experience second year in a row. Staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Really good access to local food establishments, shopping centre and train station as well. Complimentary Mocktail was delicious as always!

Brilliant hotel right next to the main NEC entrance Wonderful staff and hotel couldn’t be faulted. Superb breakfast for £12 each.

Great location but very expensive we paid over £250 for one night and had to pay extra for breakfast. Came down for breakfast 9.20am and there was hardly any left so asked if it was being restocked and we were told we'd have to wait. By the time the brought out more sausage and bacon there were loads of people wanting so it all went before everyone could get anything

Great experience at this hotel we were showing our dogs at Crufts and all the staff could not have been more helpful and they are a great team huge thanks to you all. We will definitely come back next year.

Small but nice

Stayed for a exhibition its perfect hotel to nec as close. Rooms are small but they are clean with most comfy beds and pillows and excellant shower

A very nice hotel. Good location, handy for the NEC - depending on which hall, we still had a long walk through the NEC building. The hotel has a boutique feel while still part of a larger chain so quality assured as expected. Very quiet and clean. There was a fresh new feel to the room & corridors.The only downside was the size of the room. It was very compact with the smallest bathroom I've ever seen at this rating/price point. Parking was a bit of an issue, a short walk as advertised but feels a lot longer when carrying bags so don't underestimate the 10 minute walk. If I stayed again, I'd use the bag drop option. Overall, it was a nice stay but for the price paid, I think I might opt for something less niche.
