The hotel is convenient and has a lovely breakfast. You can tell it was a great hotel at some time in the past but has not been maintained in recent years. Rooms are dated and shabby, bathrooms are cramped and old fashioned. Beds are very comfortable though!

Two minute walk to the lively restaurants and Bars, Hotel has its own car park underneath with a multi-storey across the side road. Enjoyed the relaxation at the hotel which had its own bar and restaurant and prices were reasonable. We would visit again.

I liked the hotel in terms of its central location in Birmingham, its cleanliness and helpful staff. I think the breakfast was fine but not the best. I was also surprised that anyone can use the lifts without needing to swipe their room card key. I think this needs addressing for security.
