Central location and close to everything have stayed here a number of times

Second time we've stayed here. Location is great for the city, harbour and university. Rooms are nice. Main problem (which they can't do anything about) is that there are insufficient lifts for such a tall building.

Well situated for sightseeing in Bristol. We were staying as we're going to the airport at 5am in the morning, which took around 20 mins, fine at that time because little traffic but wouldn't use for airport if you needed to travel in busier times due to traffic being busy. fantastic staff, couldnt have been more helpful. hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The property is only slightly dated but the bar is very well decorated and the breakfast is amazing! The staff are more than helpful, it’s a bit away from everything but that’s what we wanted.. we would definitely stay again, because of the staff and the food.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. A few minor things (stained mattress, hair in sink/shower, ripped curtains) but overall it was just aesthetic and the stay was comfortable and pleasant

Its a beautifully designed hotel, full of character, it certainly had the wow factor for us.

Quite area and clean room, the room small but everything inside. Polite stuff make me feel comfortable as well.

Perfect for what I wanted. Just needed a place to sleep in the evening - lovely room and perfect location for my study. Room was very clean and had cleaners in everyday.
