Great location in Clifton. Combination washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedroom was in need of a vacuum and mattress was a bit soft for our liking.

Overall stay ok but communication with the company was poor. I complained about a terrible smell in the bedroom which wasn’t acknowledged by them. The induction hob didn’t work, so cooking was limited during my stay. I asked for an extra towel which they said they would provide but it never came. I’ve communicated this all to them through WhatsApp but have had no response.
