Lovely hotel with fantastic staff
Fantastic from arriving to leaving. Staff are a credit very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in there too were so nice. I will definitely return as soon as we can

Reception welcome poor but the room was great if a bit cold, lots of windows and ac not working correctly. Lovely porridge at bfast.

Room was great with an amazing view of millennium bridge from the bath tub. Food and drink was exceptional. Slightly dusty. We would definitely stay here again.
