Loved the double baths in the suite. Comfy bed. The guy on reception gave us great local recommendations for brunch. What more could you need in a hotel :)
Almost everything about this hotel is first rate. Lovely exterior, welcoming staff, very clean, well appointed room, superb breakfast. Unfortunately on this occasion I did not sleep well, I didn’t seem to be able to control the temperature of the room adequately…it was too hot which impacted on my quality of sleep. I really like this hotel - I have stayed a number of times- and this was probably a one-off, it will not prevent me from staying again.
Always one of our favourites. Staff are always amazing, restaurant and bar are beautifully done and the rooms are so individual to other hotels, they have personality and you feel fully relaxed.
Great location.
Limited Parking @ £15 p/n
Breakfast @£23 per person we felt was is extortionate, so we declined.
Aside that, would recommend for ease of access to Quayside, Ouseburn etc.
Excellent hotel. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and luxurious furnishings. Very friendly and capable staff. Very good food and drink options. I thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning soon.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast and a very nice room

The room was super outdated, windows were dusty, we were on floor 1 but the window opened a tiny crack, making the room quite stuffy. The pillows were like empty and so so so soft which means we both slept horribly. I never understand soft pillow, so bad for your neck and there were only 2 so my head was basically on the bed. In modern hotels they’ve really adjusted the pillow thickness as people recognise how impactful they are to sleep. There was a decent parking situation, staff lovely, location lovely, bar area and hangout areas nice. Needs a major renovation imo to make it a top location again. The rooms are just a bit outdated.

Perfect room everything we needed I’m just the right places
Room was beautiful, spacious and clean, the bedding was exceptionally good. Staff were lovely and friendly and very approachable. The Signature Suite definitely hit the mark and would love to stay there again.
Lovely hotel with equally lovely staff,
Slightly noisy room owing to position right on city road but otherwise great location

View from the room was beautiful overlooking the river and bridges. The room was clean and tidy with great amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much to ask. Would definitely return.
