The Crowne Plaza Newcastle was the perfect hotel for my stay in Newcastle. Great location, clean rooms with a friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean, comfortable, good facilities for short stay & convenient for airport. I was sharing with adult son; standard room was great - double bed and double sofa bed. Very happy with accommodation & breakfast. Good value & helpful, polite staff.
The hotel itself is great has good facilities but the rooms need updating the bathrooms need an overhaul there are only two single plug sockets in a double room no armchair and the lighting is near enough non existent.
Really great stay. It's a little noisy facing the crossroads with cars and ambulances but a lovely central location and good facilities. Bathroom design is cosy and everything was very clean.
Staff friendly but at same time very professional/room lovely, made our overnight stay enjoyable. Would certainly stay again
Nice , clean room right across the street from the central station (train and metro). Good breakfast.
