Staff friendly but at same time very professional/room lovely, made our overnight stay enjoyable. Would certainly stay again

Stayed here for the weekend for my boyfriends 24th, upgraded the room for only £7 a night and it was lovely! The spa facilities were very refreshing and the staff were all very friendly!
Really great stay. It's a little noisy facing the crossroads with cars and ambulances but a lovely central location and good facilities. Bathroom design is cosy and everything was very clean.
