The place was well located 15 minutes walking distance to city centre Metro near by Slight imperfection Shower room and toilet bit tight for a large or fat person Water pressure on the third floor needs to be increased

The room was ice cold all the windows where left open. I asked for some heating lady said she would turn it on? I’m still waiting. Breakfast tea was cold, breakfast last was lovely. Food nice, room very clean and spacious, shower glass a little dirt build up on corners, great location.

Stayed for daughter’s graduation, arrived early and they kindly, quickly finished cleaning and dressing the room so we could get into it and change. Room was clean, comfortable and Spacious. Staff throughout our 2 night stay were really helpful, we would definitely recommend the hotel.

This is gem of a little hotel. We stayed for the university open day . Its just a 10-15 walk to the campus. very friendly staff. excellent value with good breakfast. we had a family room which was perfect for me and my daughter.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the amenities were top notch. As someone who was not familiar with Newcastle, the location was outstanding with a host of restaurants, a Metro station and the airport nearby.
